Heyyyyy Just wanted to give you an update on 2024 and the opportunities that have come my way...don’t you just LOVE Hong Kong!!! It's been a non-stop rollercoaster of creativity and possibilities, and I feel so blessed and grateful for every moment. As you might remember I returned to my roots as a visual artist in January this year...after only a few weeks I gained my first commission...and the that kicked 2024 off to an amazing start!!
I had my first exhibition experience in May with 'Affordable Art HK' - what a fantastic way to start the season! I had the good fortune of collaborating with Kambal Gallery on this event with an array of other international artists. September brought my work to an exciting Pop-Up event in Central on Lyndhurst terrace, collaborating with international life style brands.
October and November were particularly special, with my work gracing the walls of the prestigious HK Club for a full two months. But the excitement didn't stop there! October saw my art crossing continents to be exhibited at the Louvre Expo in Paris!!
Back in Hong Kong, I had the incredible honour of having my work exhibited at the Rosewood HK Hotel for King Charles' birthday celebration with the British Consulate. The pieces then found a temporary home at the consulate building for several weeks - what an amazing opportunity to showcase Hong Kong's artistic talent! Very grateful to have been representing the UK in this way!
As if all that wasn't enough, November brought a new challenge with the "Transitions" exhibition at the Visual Arts Centre. I created five new works based on the theme, pushing my creative boundaries and exploring new artistic territories.
My work has also been selected by ‘Image Conscious’ San Francisco-based art publisher and distributor of open-edition fine art prints, posters, and canvas, to be one of their artists. I am also collaborating with luxury home wear brand Belevivi in Hong Kong & recently I have signed with Artifact Labs in HK, who collaborate with artists to preserve and connect culture and history through the power of blockchain.
I feel so fortunate to have had these incredible opportunities and to be able to share my art with so many people around the world. Thank you all for your continued support and for being part of this amazing journey with me. Here's to creativity, growth, and many more artistic adventures to come!
