This abstract landscape painting depicts a forest scene with turquoise-coloured trees, their unusual colouring gives them an otherworldly, almost magical quality. Glimpses of sky can be seen peering through between the branches overhead. An air of mystery and wonder surrounds these unusual trees and their hidden corner of the magical woodland scene. I have a studio at my home in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. My work is sometimes quite messy, so I also utilize our garden for some of my pieces.
It is varnished to protect it from dust and UV light, comes unframed, signed in the back.
