Hidden Heart #3
Hidden Heart #3
This painting explores themes of inner emotional life and vulnerability. We all have feelings that we choose to keep hidden at times. There can be many reasons for this - fear of rejection, not wanting to burden others, fear of seeming weak. But hiding what we feel inside comes with its own challenges. When we push feelings down, we disconnect from our own emotional truth. Over time, this path of least resistance can harden into an uncomfortable habit. Without release, hidden feelings don't simply vanish - they often fester and intensify, leaving us feeling unsettled.
I hope that the theme resonates with viewer and they can contemplate taking the healthy path of opening their hearts enough to let healing happen.
