In “Liquid Blue Landscape”, I intended to immerse the viewer in a surreal aquatic world dominated by the melodic flow of a waterfall. I focused on interpretive themes like the blending of turbulent energy and meditative calm in nature. I limited my palette to blue tones initially but then some purple crept in. I love the way that the water has been frozen in time but still conveys the energy of the surging waters. Waterfalls symbolise the process of letting go, cleansing, and the continuous flow of energy. The waterfall is a symbol of nature’s raw power & beauty.
It is varnished to protect it from dust and UV light, comes unframed, signed in the back.
